1. Link directly to the download page, not your main page.
2. No demos or shareware without a crack.
3. Do not submit old downloads!
4. You may submit a maximum of 20 downloads every 24 hours.
5. No Java plug-ins / Install scripts on the website.
6. Dont use full caps in your Download Names!
7. Forum posts must be accessable by guests.
8. No file sharing links (eDonkey, Torrents, etc).
9. No link hiding sites (shorten.ws, rapidleecher.com, etc).
10. No more than 1 popup or exit popup.
11. Do not change your download page after you have been added.
